Commission-Based with Unlimited Earning Potential Job Description Trophy Exteriors is looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales Associates. In this role, you will help homeowners with their roofing and exterior restoration needs while building strong customer relationships and generating new business opportunities. No prior roofing or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools needed to succeed.
