Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and tech solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Utilize CRM software and sales tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and follow up on sales opportunities. Identify new business prospects through cold calling, lead generation activities, and territory management strategies. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer retention. Collaborate with management on business development initiatives and contribute to marketing efforts to attract new clients. Negotiate terms with customers to close sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and territory sales responsibilities. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for account management and lead tracking. Demonstrated success in direct sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles involving product demos and upselling techniques. Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and develop strategic solutions that foster long-term relationships. Experience in negotiation, customer service, and business development is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Greet and assist customers in a retail store setting Present and explain wireless and internet products, including phone plans, devices, and service options Support customers with account setup, upgrades, and service changes Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving basic concerns Contribute to daily and weekly sales goals through product recommendations and customer interactions Learn and assist with store operations, including opening/closing procedures and team support Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, product knowledge, and retail operations Work closely with store leadership to understand performance goals and business strategies Compensation & Growth Guaranteed pay weekly earnings (average $3,000-$6,000 per month) Paid weekly as a W-2 employee Structured training program with clear advancement opportunities into retail management Face-to-face in a retail store
