Position Purpose We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused team member to join our store in Cottleville. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assisting customers in a courteous and friendly manner Promoting additional sales, services, and whole goods Processing transactions and charging out merchandise Receiving and stocking inventory Maintaining neat and organized shelves and counter areas Coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs Representing the store in a positive, upbeat manner that promotes customer confidence Promoting our family-oriented values and atmosphere Figuring job quantities and pricing using basic math skills Requirements Pre-employment drug screening required Weekend availability (mandatory) Ability to understand and follow instructions in English Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and move freely Basic math skills (8th-grade level arithmetic) Computer experience and general knowledge Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams Primarily indoor work (occasional outdoor inventory work) Ideal Candidate Qualities Pleasant and professional personality Strong customer service experience Team player Ability to multitask Quick learner Positive attitude
