Job Description

Sales Representative CPR Cell Phone Repair Springfield - MO 1330 E Battlefield Rd, Springfield, MO 65804 CPR Cell Phone Repair is the largest cell phone repair network in the world! We have a sales forward approach with consumer electronics, selling the latest and greatest smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, accessories and more… Our Sales Associates have fun selling the latest and greatest cutting-edge technology and accessories! We have a laid back and fun environment to make your work day more enjoyable.
Skill requirements:
Ability to oversee multiple areas of the operation at once and delegate Ability to develop and maintain a consistent and efficient workflow Proficient with POS System and balancing the cash register Exceptional customer service skills Some understanding of technical "lingo" Ability to Up-sell and finish a sale Good understanding of our disclaimers Good understanding of our in-store warranty system Ability to answer email inquiries Ability to answer and communicate effectively with customers over the telephone Ability to effectively handle customer issues Handle Email Estimates Requests Assisting the Store Manager Maintaining Store Inventory of Accessories Maintaining quality store appearance. Punctual We are looking for candidates with good people skills, customer service experience, and a knack for technology! Pay is $15 to $18 per hour based on experience! This is a full time position. Hours of availability would be 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Saturday. Easy, Casual, laid back and fun work environment. Employee discount. On the job training and certifications.
