Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on gardening, landscaping, floral arrangements, and outdoor maintenance products Assist shoppers in selecting plants, tools, and supplies tailored to their needs, ensuring a positive experience Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and managing product flow Provide excellent customer service by answering questions in English and multilingual languages as needed Promote e-commerce options by guiding customers on online orders and store pickup processes Requirements Passion for gardening, horticulture, lawn care, landscape maintenance, or floral design is highly preferred Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math confidently Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain attractive displays Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base Basic knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail merchandising practices A friendly attitude with a proactive approach to customer service This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to share their love of plants and outdoor beauty while helping customers create their ideal outdoor spaces.
