Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support daily operations and ensure a positive shopping experience in a high-traffic retail environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver fast, courteous, and professional customer service Greet customers upon entry and thank them as they leave Complete sales transactions accurately, including verifying IDs for age-restricted purchases (alcohol/tobacco) Restock shelves and supplies (must be able to lift up to 25 lbs) Work in coolers (approx. 39°F) for stocking purposes Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including: Restrooms Beverage/fountain areas Cashier stations Floors, windows, doors Outdoor areas (free of trash and debris) Follow company policies and procedures, including updates as they arise Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Dependable, punctual, and in compliance with dress/appearance standards Physically able to work on your feet for 8-10 hour shifts Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong communication skills Detail-oriented and proactive with cleaning and general upkeep Work Environment Busy convenience store setting Requires long periods of standing and physical activity Cold storage stocking as needed (in 39°F conditions)
