Evening Shift Budtender (3:00 PM 11:00 PM)

420 Holiday Cannabis is hiring an Evening Shift Budtender to join our Gulfport team. This role is an important part of our in-store patient experience during evening hours, where service, education, and professionalism matter most. We're looking for someone dependable, personable, and ready to grow with a fast-paced, patient-focused dispensary that values teamwork, consistency, and strong customer care.

Shift Details Evening Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Must have consistent availability for evenings and weekends as needed Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner Provide product education on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods Operate POS system accurately and efficiently Maintain full compliance with Mississippi medical cannabis regulations Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked Support smooth store flow during peak evening hours Ensure every patient interaction is respectful, informed, and positive Safety & Security Notice For the safety of our team and patients, the facility is equipped with: 24-hour monitored surveillance cameras Panic button systems throughout the store Established safety and emergency response procedures Staff training on proper security and incident protocols These measures are in place to maintain a safe, controlled, and professional retail environment at all times.
