Job Description

Job Overview:
D. Noblin, Inc. (D. Noblin Furniture and Mattress Firm) is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. (Experience in Furniture and/or Mattress Sales is preferred, but if you have experience in Sales, you can succeed in our Company. ) We have been in business since 1978 and have numerous locations and currently opening more locations. We have salespersons making $100K plus per year. If you can sell furniture and mattresses and be dependable, you can make a wonderful career with our Company. We have employees who have been with our company over 20 years, you can be one yourself.
We provide:

You will get a check at least every week. Spiffs on product sales that increases your earnings based on your performance more and more. Unlimited earnings availability (the more you sell, the more you make.) Support from team to provide everything you need to earn more money when you sell our products. Training in every aspect of our Sales Department, form Point of Sale to Customer Satisfaction Responsibilities Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions (we train you.) Communicate effectively with customers and team members Handle phone inquiries, text messages, emails with professionalism and courtesy Utilize call lists (we provide) to contact previous customers via text, email, or telephone, letting customers know about sales going on, new products, etc.
Qualifications:
Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required Ability to communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus Familiarity with retail sales or willingness to learn Proficiency in phone and in-person etiquette for handling customer inquiries Desire to be a team player Must be on time for work, team sales meetings
