Job Description
WELCOME to Spesh Teas! We're a local shop that serves loaded teas, kratom products, and other specialty drinks. We're looking for someone with a lot of personality! Someone whose bubbly, friendly, and who genuinely enjoys working with customers. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You'll be helping customers, making drinks, and making sure everyone has a good experience when they walk in. What you'll be doing Preparing loaded teas, kratom products, and specialty drinks Helping customers choose products and answering questions Running the register and handling transactions Keeping the shop clean, stocked, and organized Creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere for customers What we're looking for Friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to personality Dependable and shows up on time for scheduled shifts Comfortable working with customers throughout the day Willing to learn products and follow procedures Team player who can stay productive during busy times Positive attitude and good work ethic What you can expect from us Flexible scheduling when possible Laid-back but productive work environment Supportive team that works together Opportunity to grow as the business grows Experience in customer service, food service, or retail is helpful, but not required. We can teach you everything you need to know—what matters most is attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
