Budtender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs
• Provide information on different strains, terpenes, products, and consumption methods
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
• Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales
• Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with Dutchie POS systems for sales transactions is beneficial
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Understanding of stock management practices
• Basic Understanding of how to verify Patient Allotments in METRC is a plus
