Basic computer proficiency is required to navigate our systems and address customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Meet sales targets and goals set by management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of technology products, such as wireless devices, is desirable
