State Beauty Supply, a leading wholesale distributor of salon professional products, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Responsibilities Wow the Customer Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals Help customers select products by providing product knowledge Continuously learn about new products and industry trends Inform customer of current promotions and educational opportunities Deliver Results Receive and process shipments of products Price and stock/replenish merchandise on shelves and displays Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Collaborate Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members to achieve store goals Use excellent communication skills; problem solve and foster positive work environment Requirements 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math, reading, and computer skills Must be able to work Saturdays if/when scheduled Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds
