Budtender / Patient Care Specialist 420 Holiday Cannabis & 420 Bay St. Louis Medical Dispensaries Mississippi Medical Cannabis Industry We are seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Budtenders to join our growing medical cannabis team. Our dispensaries are committed to providing a welcoming, educational, and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As a Budtender, you will serve as a trusted guide for Mississippi medical cannabis patients by helping them understand products, navigate treatment options, and feel comfortable throughout their dispensary experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm Educate patients on cannabis products including flower, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, vapes, and topicals Help patients select products based on their needs, preferences, and experience level Maintain thorough knowledge of current products, promotions, vendors, and industry trends Accurately process transactions through the POS system while maintaining compliance with Mississippi medical cannabis regulations Verify patient credentials and maintain strict confidentiality Keep displays, inventory, and work areas clean, organized, and presentable Participate in vendor pop-ups, patient education events, and promotional activities Assist with inventory management, restocking, labeling, and product organization Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patients and coworkers Uphold company standards for compliance, professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Passion for helping people and educating patients Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge Professional appearance and conduct Sales experience is a plus Cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required Must be comfortable discussing cannabis products in an educational and professional manner Expectations At our dispensaries, Budtenders are expected to: Deliver exceptional patient experiences every day Maintain professionalism at all times Stay educated on products and industry updates Work collaboratively with management, vendors, and team members Be proactive, attentive, and solution-oriented Represent the company positively within the community Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Must pass all state-required background checks Previous retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Why Join Our Team?
