Bloom MT, Montana's top cannabis company, is looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Budtender to support our Store Director in leading one of our dispensaries and drive it to new heights! We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Lead Budtenders who are natural leaders who want to join our team and help us elevate the cannabis retail experience. Why Bloom MT? As a Lead Budtender, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, being a part of a talented team ensuring operational excellence, customer service, and compliance. Lead Budtender duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide a top-notch customer experience, offering recommendations based on customer needsEducate customers on cannabis strains, consumption methods, and responsible useEnsure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulationsManage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized storeProcess transactions securely using our cannabis POS systemProvide floor leadership during assigned shiftsSupport onboarding and training of new BudtendersAssist with inventory audits, cycle counts and receivingAddress customer concerns or escalate issues when appropriateAssist Store Director with daily reporting and shift summariesStore open and close responsibilitiesPromote teamwork, culture and accountability on the sales floor
