Job Description
Must love people and have a genuine interest and knowledge of Cannabis! Dependable and punctual are a requirement along with being able to physically stand for long periods of time. Honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics are essential! We are looking for someone that loves people and is able to convey HRBD's culture to our customers. We have amazing organic product and reasonably priced product that we are proud to sell. That does not negate the fact that we need staff members who truly love making others day! Prefer previous retail and/or dispensary experience as well as a fun and upbeat personality! Job will consist of retail cannabis, inventory, and making sure the shop is clean. Attention to detail is paramount for counting inventory and preparing for state inspections. You will need a Cannabis Control Division Badge to work in the MT Cannabis Industry. We are not looking for someone with a wealth of cannabis knowledge since this can be taught. Nonetheless, it is a bonus!
