The role of a Special Events Greeter is t o greet and engage guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Paws Up Montana policies.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival by opening the door, introducing yourself, and addressing the party by surname when known; confirm guest name and party size when needed. Manage daily reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to ensure efficient service flow andoptimalseating. Operate and maintain the Maestro and SQL systems, including updating floor plans, pacing, guest notes, profiles, and service reports. Provide support to the outdoor dining team as needed tomaintainsmooth service operations. Escort guests to tables that are properly set according to party size and guest preferences. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and management direction. Ensure all menus are clean, current, and printed as needed. Provide a warm farewell to guests, including thanking them,assistingwith transportation arrangements when needed, andmaintaininga friendly, professional demeanor. Escort guests to the exit whenappropriate touphold service standards.

Display hospitality and professionalism to our guests and team members at all times , take pride inrepresentingThe Resort at Paws Up professionally with our guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner Maintain a favorable working relationship with allResort team membersto foster and promote a positive working environment Alwaysmaintaina clean and neat appearance Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner We are looking for team members with: High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work Preferably6 monthsof food & beverage experience, preferably in fine dining or a resort Knowledge of world class hospitality and service Valid Food Handler s License Valid State Driver s License Proficient ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment whileremainingorganized and prioritizing workload throughout the day Has a friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands and withguest, team members, and management If you are passionate about Hospitality and ready to take on a new challenge at a prestigious resort, we would love to hear from you.
