Part-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products, provide information on strains, usage, and effects, and ensure a positive customer experience.Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Educate customers on various cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Accurately handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Keep the dispensary clean, organized, and compliant with regulations
- Promote sales by recommending additional products or upselling
- Verify customers' age and identification to ensure legal compliance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or similar customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of is a plus
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
