This vital role combines retail sales expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring our store operates smoothly while providing exceptional service. As a key team member, you'll engage customers with product demonstrations, assist with merchandising, and help create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Your energy and proactive approach will contribute directly to the store's growth and success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction Conduct product demos to educate customers about features, benefits, and usage of various items Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive displays and organized shelves that enhance shopping appeal Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing returns or exchanges Stock shelves efficiently, manage inventory levels, and participate in regular stocking routines to maintain product availability Upsell complementary products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Qualifications Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team coordination abilities Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a vibrant retail environment.
