Sales and Customer Service Associate Advance, NC 27006 $12 an hour - Part-time $12 an hour - Part-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about products and services. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Utilize computer systems to manage data entry tasks accurately. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service. Experience Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Strong proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism. Familiarity with data entry and computerized systems is essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution is highly valued. Experience in outbound calling is advantageous but not mandatory.
