We are looking for energetic, well-dressed individuals with friendly faces that love working retail. We are currently hiring part-time retail sales associates/key holders. We offer paid training, a hefty employee discount as well as a 401K plan with matching after approximately 1 year of employment. Previous retail experience is required along with a high school diploma. Merchandising and Shopify skills are a plus. Weekend (SAT & SUN) and holiday availability is necessary. We are looking for candidates that are looking to join our company for at least 1 year. The primary responsibilities of Sales Associate / Keyholder within our boutique consist of: Driving sales and providing outstanding customer service Assisting customers at the register in a friendly and efficient manner Receiving and restocking merchandise while keeping the sales floor neat and orderly Maintaining the store's visual standards by straightening and folding merchandise, cleaning, and assisting in floor and fixture changes Please reach out if this sounds like the role for you.
