Are you passionate about the great outdoors and love connecting with people? Asheville Adventure Company is looking for a Retail Shop Associate to join our team! We specialize in creating unforgettable outdoor experiences, from tubing down the French Broad River to kayaking through stunning scenery. If you're ready to be part of a team that helps guests create lasting memories, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing As a Retail Shop Associate, you'll be the friendly face of Asheville Adventure Company, ensuring every guest feels welcome and prepared for their adventure.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and checking the in for Rafting Trips. Assisting guests with selecting and purchasing merchandise. Providing information about our outdoor excursions and answering customer questions. Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting retail space. Handling transactions efficiently and accurately at the register. Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking as needed. What We're Looking For No prior experience? No problem!
