Job Description

Duties Engage with prospective clients through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to identify sales opportunities for Roofing and Gutter systems. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate customers on features, benefits, and installation processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management, upselling, and ongoing customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Manage a designated territory by planning sales routes, tracking leads using CRM software such as JobNimbus, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads in your assigned area. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical product sales with a focus on roofing or home improvement products preferred. Strong self-management skills with the ability to handle account management, lead generation, and account development effectively. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities to build trust and long-term relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as JobNibus or similar platforms for tracking leads, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data. Demonstrated ability in marketing strategies, cold calling, inside sales, retail sales, and direct sales techniques. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum results. Ability to conduct product demos confidently while upselling additional services or upgrades when appropriate. $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
