Summary As a Sales Associate at the Apple Hill Farm Outpost, you will play a vital role in enhancing the visitor experience by providing exceptional customer service and assisting in our retail operations. You are their connection to our local farmers. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors at the store. Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience. Support farm tours by engaging with visitors and sharing information about our animals and operations. Manage inventory levels, tag incoming inventory, restock shelves, and more to ensure product availability. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers efficiently. A passion for agriculture and tourism is a plus
