Sales Associate

Job Overview Rapid Image is a whitewater photography company, providing rafting guests with digital memories of their river adventures! This job is just a few miles from the beautiful Nantahala River, and while we are specifically hiring for a sales associate, there are future opportunities to become a photographer if you are interested in developing your photography skills and spending the workday outside on the river. Duties Greet rafting guests upon their return from their rafting trip and show them their photos from their trip Process transactions using cash handling and credit card point of sale Handle customer questions or concerns Send photos to guests using photo software platform Utilize point of sale to complete sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Experience with cash management systems or retail software once again preferred but not require Join us as a Sales Associate and become part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while growing your career in the outdoor industry.
