Our focus is simple:
connecting customers in local residential areas directly with top-tier telecom providers through in-person service, personalized recommendations, and hands-on support. This is a fully in-person, residential sales position. Team members work directly in local communities and customer-facing environments daily, helping individuals with wireless plans, device upgrades, and account services. As an AT&T Enrollment Associate, you will represent industry-leading telecom products and services, including wireless plans, device upgrades, and bundled solutions. This role is focused on in-person residential outreach and sales—bringing convenience directly to customers by offering immediate solutions, upgrades, and account support in real time.
AT&T Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in-person in residential and community-based settings to present wireless services and products clearly and effectively Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless plans, upgrades, and solutions Process sales orders and manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail Troubleshoot basic service issues and assist with account questions or changes Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on promotions and offerings Work with leadership to execute local sales strategies and improve customer engagement in assigned areas Maintain accurate records and efficiently process enrollments and service updates
AT&T Enrollment Associate Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person, residential sales environment Strong time management and ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and apply new sales skills Energetic, positive team player who works well independently and in a group setting Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred Professional and respectful attitude in all in-person customer interactions Apply today to join an in-person residential sales team and build hands-on experience in telecom sales and customer engagement.
