We are a team of professionals that enjoy doing a great job and providing the best possible experience for our customers. Center Associates are responsible for delivering world-class customer service. They receive and process packages for shipment, both domestic and internationally. They operate copiers, fax machines, laminators, finger printing equipment, cameras for passport photos, and point-of-sale cash registers.
Core responsibilities:
  • Ability to become a Notary Public (must be 18 years old, must be a legal resident of U.S. and a resident of NC, must be able to read, write and speak English, must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), and no less than 10 years since incarceration, probation, or parole).
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Continuously practice good listening skills with customers
  • Take ownership of the customer's shipping problem and offer solutions
  • Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry best practices
  • Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others (if no experience with equipment, must have the desire to learn)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Punctual, detail oriented, and can-do attitude The ideal candidate for Center Associate will have retail sales experience, have strong typing skills, able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a friendly and helpful demeanor, maintain a professional appearance, and will be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
The position is full-time, the schedule can be flexible, however, rotating weekend shifts will be required and our weekly business hours are 8am
  • 7pm Monday
  • Friday, 9am
  • 4pm Saturday and 12pm
  • 5pm Sunday.
Closed all major holidays.
