We're hiring for Haunt Operations Attendants for SCarowinds. Join us as we help create spine-tingling thrills and experiences for our guests as they encounter our myriads of haunted attractions. We need your personable skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail to assist us in delivering an excellent guest experience safely this Haunt season. As a SCarowinds Haunt Operation Attendant , you'll be part of the team that brings our terrifying mazes and scare zones to life. Working behind the scenes and/or face to face with our guests, you'll help ensure the safety of all guests and performers as well as attraction efficiency while maintaining the eerie ambiance that makes SCarowinds legendary.

Exclusive Team Member-only events Responsibilities As part of the SCarowinds Haunt Operations team, daily assigned duties vary & may include tasks such as: Monitor attraction safety and attendance - including indoor mazes and outdoor scare zones Enforce park policies and rules for the safety and enjoyment of all Assist guests who are lost, frightened, or disoriented Handle props and equipment with care Stay calm and professional in high-stress situations Understand the characters and themes of your assigned area(s) Maintain the spooky & theatrical guest experience while remaining firm in giving directions Qualifications You! People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates. Good judgement and a commitment to safety. Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds. Individuals with a passion and excitement about Carowinds and Haunted Attractions. Ability to scream and speak before large groups of people. Availability to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
