As a Vape Shop Sales Associate at Haven Smoke Vape Hemp/Brightleaf Smoke And Vape, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked inventory, and offering extensive product knowledge to our valued customers. Your role will involve assisting customers, restocking shelves, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and creating a welcoming atmosphere within our store.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Assistance
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with personalized assistance.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
- Offer product demonstrations and explain usage instructions as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
- Stocking and Inventory Management
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in placing orders with suppliers.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products offered by Haven Smoke Vape Hemp, including e-liquids, vaping devices, accessories, and hemp-related products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and regulatory changes.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and usage.
