Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance on a wide range of products including gardening supplies, landscaping tools, and floral arrangements Assist customers with product selection by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure the store remains attractive and well-maintained Maintain knowledge of current merchandise, seasonal promotions, and store policies to enhance customer service Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays that highlight new arrivals or seasonal items Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues efficiently Skills Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and floral design to assist customers effectively Experience with retail math, cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems for smooth transactions Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking, inventory control, and merchandising tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building Familiarity with retail operations including customer service standards and store policies This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career while sharing their passion for gardening, landscaping, or floral artistry.
