This exciting role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll be the face of our store, guiding customers through their firearm and accessory purchases while ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting firearms, accessories, and related products with confidence and professionalism Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions Maintain accurate cash handling through POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cashiering and processing transactions efficiently Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, attractive, and well-organized Perform inventory counts, restock items as needed, and assist with merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone etiquette and in person while ensuring a positive shopping experience Support upselling efforts by recommending complementary products and accessories to meet customer needs Ensure accurate and thorough completion of 4473 with firearm purchases Complete tasks and take initiative to do so Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and answer customer inquiries Previous retail sales experience preferred; supervisory or supervising experience a plus for leadership opportunities Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions Knowledge of firearms safety regulations, firearm product demos, and merchandising best practices Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Experience in stocking, inventory management, and retail math to support store operations Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients Prior retail and firearm experience is preferable but not mandatory.
