Denver, NC (DHF-North & DHF-South) Denver Health & Fitness is a premier fitness club with two locations in Denver, NC. We are seeking a highly motivated, positive, and team-oriented individual to join our Customer Service & Sales Team . If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for fitness, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience, we want to hear from you! Position Overview In this role, you will be trained to assist with: ✅ Club tours & membership sales ✅ Front desk operations ✅ Customer service & member engagement ✅ General club maintenance & organization The ideal candidate is responsible, dependable, and committed to creating a first-class experience for all members, guests, and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all members and guests. Answer phone calls professionally, assisting with inquiries and club information. Conduct club tours and guide prospective members through their fitness journey. Assist members with account inquiries, billing, and membership updates. Process guest registrations and check-ins while monitoring for delinquent accounts. Maintain inventory and merchandise displays for drinks, protein bars, and retail items. Support sales efforts, including closing memberships and achieving sales goals. Engage with members on the club floor, providing encouragement and assistance. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the club, assisting with restocking and minor maintenance. Uphold DHF's Vision, Mission, and Core Values while fostering a positive and supportive gym environment. Qualifications & Requirements Must be an Awesome Human - friendly, energetic, and team-oriented. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist members. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable enforcing club policies while maintaining a positive member experience. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Basic math skills for handling transactions and sales. Willingness to work at either DHF location as needed. Must attend staff meetings and training sessions.
