This position is responsible for generating revenue opportunities by converting customer inquiries, unsold estimates, maintenance customers, and marketing leads into booked appointments and qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable on the phone, and driven by performance. In addition to inside sales responsibilities, this role will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to past customers, maintenance members, open estimates, unsold opportunities, and marketing leads. Identify customer needs and route opportunities to the appropriate department. Schedule qualified HVAC sales appointments and estimate opportunities. Follow company call scripts, booking standards, and sales processes. Accurately document customer information, equipment details, concerns, and appointment notes. Follow up on aging estimates, unscheduled opportunities, cancelled calls, and inactive leads. Maintain knowledge of company services, memberships, promotions, and replacement options. Support company revenue goals by maximizing lead conversion opportunities. Customer Service Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction. Set clear expectations regarding appointment windows, technician arrival times, and next steps. Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Administrative & Office Support Assist with general office and administrative duties as assigned. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems. Support the Service, Install, Operations, and Management teams as needed. Assist with reporting, special projects, data cleanup, and process improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems. Ability to learn HVAC terminology, products, and services. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications Previous inside sales, customer service, dispatch, call center, or administrative experience. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service industries preferred. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software preferred. Experience with outbound calling, membership programs, estimate follow-up, or lead generation preferred.
