Join our dynamic team in a fast-paced role that combines retail sales, customer service, and warehouse operations. You will serve as a vital link between our inventory and our valued customers, helping ensure an efficient and positive experience at every step. This position blends customer service excellence with strong organizational and warehouse management skills. Your energy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will help drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the overall success of daily operations. Whether assisting customers at the sales counter or managing products and inventory behind the scenes, you will play an important role in keeping our store organized, efficient, and customer-focused.. Duties Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice on parts and accessories Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash, credit, or digital payments with professionalism Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, organizing parts, and conducting regular stock counts. Assist in order fulfillment by picking parts efficiently for store transfers. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed during stocking and maintenance activities Communicate effectively with team members and customers using phone etiquette and clear communication skills to address inquiries or resolve issues quickly Experience Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC enhances your ability to assist customers effectively Bilingual skills or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Strong organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency to manage stock levels and sales transactions accurately Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers via phone or in person while demonstrating professionalism and courtesy Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while fostering your growth in a fast-paced environment!
