Job Description
-Oversees operations and all store functions and acting as a guide for your team in partnership with management team.
- You will assist to create an environment where you and your team will deliver great service through The Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Your leadership, energy, and willingness to make quick decisions will inspire your team to deliver results.
- You will assist develop the stores strategic plan to achieve financial results.
- Drive sales consistently by identifying opportunities to achieve both personal and Store goals.
- Lead by example, coach, develop, mentor, and inspire your team to enhance Store performance.
- Ensure execution and adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
