Part-Time Sales Associate Ample Storage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. Leasing self-storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone. Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone. Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent ready condition. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public. Weekend, weekday & holidays availability necessary! Competitive hourly rate (pay differential for weekends & holidays) plus $15.00 per lease monthly bonus! HOURS- Part Time Position, typically 2 days per week Saturdays 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. One to two days during the week from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. (as determined by manager and needs of business) The candidate must be available to work holiday schedule and cover for manager's vacations and days off when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum age of 21 years' old
- Must own Reliable Transportation
- Must have a Valid and maintain State Driver's License
- Background & Driving Record Check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required
