Part-Time / Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers, maintain store appearance, and help drive sales by providing excellent service and product knowledge. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Provide product recommendations (tobacco, cigars, vape products, accessories) Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns professionally Requirements Must be at least 21+ Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and cash handling skills Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to stand for extended periods Knowledge of tobacco/vape products is a plus (training available) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a smoke shop, convenience store, or retail environment Sales experience and ability to upsell products Familiarity with popular vape brands and accessories Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Apply Online !!
