Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate specializing in Tobacco & Vape products! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that guides customers through their purchasing journey, sharing your product knowledge and delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and confident in their choices. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting tobacco, vape, and related products with enthusiasm and professionalism Demonstrate product features through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured items Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are available, properly labeled, and well-presented Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Follow phone etiquette standards when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Skills Proven experience with retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for accurate transactions and cash handling Supervising experience is advantageous for supporting team operations and maintaining store standards Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of vaping products, tobacco regulations, and product demos enhances your ability to educate customers effectively Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional remote communication This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail expertise within an exciting industry.
