Job Description

Blue Ridge Signal is actively hiring an AT&T Team Member to join our growing customer service and sales team. This is a full-time, customer-facing role focused on working directly with customers, supporting account setup, explaining AT&T Fiber services, and helping customers choose the right wireless and internet solutions. As an AT&T Team Member, you'll be interacting with customers throughout the day, providing customer support, answering questions, and assisting with account updates and service enrollments. AT&T Team Member Responsibilities Work directly with customers to explain AT&T Fiber internet, wireless services, pricing, and promotions Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, activations, and service changes Deliver a strong and professional customer service experience during every interaction Help customers compare wireless and internet options based on their needs and budget Answer customer questions and provide ongoing customer support Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, customer interactions, and sales activity Support daily and weekly sales goals, customer engagement goals, and team performance goals What We're Looking For in an AT&T Team Member Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment Positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to learn Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable working on your feet and interacting with customers throughout the day Experience in customer service, retail, food service, warehouse, wireless sales, or hospitality is a plus Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply What You'll Get as an AT&T Team Member Full-time position Weekly pay Hands-on experience in customer service, wireless sales, telecommunications, and account management Ongoing coaching, support, and development
