In this role, you will be interacting with business owners and fulfilling orders with them in three different ways. We're seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Sales Representative . Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments. Conduct product merchandising and stocking to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Upsell additional products or services by identifying customer needs and explaining benefits clearly to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring professional communication at all times. Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts, providing guidance on customer service standards and sales techniques. Perform basic retail math calculations for transactions, inventory counts, and sales reporting to support store operations effectively. Skills The ability to build connections with customers.
