We are seeking a Customer Service Associate who enjoys working with people and providing reliable service to business customers. Our company works exclusively with businesses , not the general public, and most customers are repeat clients who shop with us daily or weekly. How Orders Are Placed Customers may place orders in several ways: In person: Greet customers, assist with product selection, and complete checkout Order list submission: Receive product lists and prepare orders for pickup Phone orders: Take customer orders over the phone and prepare them for pickup Duties Receive, stock, and organize merchandise on shelves and in designated storage areas Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low or out-of-stock items Safely lift, move, and handle boxes weighing 50 pounds or more Use stairs regularly throughout the workday as required Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when handling and placing inventory Strong communication skills Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work well in a team environment Dependable, punctual, and reliable Long-term availability with the ability to work 6 days per week No heavy lifting (maximum of 30 pounds ) This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail career while delivering outstanding service.
