is seeking a detail-oriented Ink Technician to support our printing operations. In this role, you will prepare, mix, and deliver inks, manage inventory, and ensure color accuracy to meet customer specifications. This is a hands-on role critical to maintaining product quality and production efficiency. What You'll Do Mix, prepare, and dispense inks per production requirements Maintain inventory of inks, solvents, and raw materials Deliver inks and refills to printing presses Receive and store incoming materials Track and return unused inks accurately in inventory systems Review daily schedules to prioritize workload Assist press operators with color matching and adjustments Follow all safety, quality, and food safety standards: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), British Retail Consortium (BRC), Product Safety & Quality Management System (PSQMS) Report any quality or safety concerns What We're Looking For 2+ years of ink, color matching, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, with or without assistance Ability to handle 45 lb containers Ability to reach, bend, and perform repetitive movements Ability to accurately distinguish colors for quality control Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
