Pecheles Automotive is seeking motivated individuals to join our Greenville & Washington Sales Teams! If you have experience creating customer relationships and enjoy learning about new products

Do not let sales scare you! You can make $10,000 selling 1 or 2 cars per week during training! You will benefit from a hands-on Sales Training program with a dedicated mentor to help you build the confidence and skills to succeed and grow your pay check! Our Career Path Program prepares employees to not only excel as sales professionals, but to advance and grow, leading to opportunities in Management, Finance, and Administration. Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer/public service and a competitive edge train quickly to become confident, successful Sales experts!

Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities Meet sales and productivity goals Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns
Qualifications:
Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week) Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality Maintain professional attire and appearance Valid Driver's License Clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
