Retail Sales Associate/ Cashier Retail Store- Vape Shop Greenville, NC 27858 From $11.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $11.50 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Assist customers with product questions and recommendations Operate the POS system and process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately Promote products and use upselling techniques when appropriate Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized product displays Assist with inventory counts and monitor stock levels Balance the cash register at the end of each shift Answer phone inquiries professionally Work with team members to support daily store operations and sales goals Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred Experience using POS systems and handling cash is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math skills and attention to detail Dependable, professional, and able to work well with a team Ability to keep merchandise and displays organized Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply Supervisory experience is a plus Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule
