He/she will also be involved in helping to maintain standards within the Warehouse to include a neat, organized, and clean environment at all times. He/she will also assist with other projects assigned and be heavily involved in the Warehouse Sale prep and recovery each month. He/she will assist with maintaining the proper warehouse inventory levels and standards. On occasion, load and unload donations from donor vehicles, residences or businesses to truck and vice versa. Serves as a Four Seasons ambassador throughout the service areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with the daily scheduling of pickups/deliveries Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Four Seasons values and commitment to co-workers Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive attitude Understands and implements Home Store policies and procedures Provides customer service by operating Point of Sale system, bagging merchandise, and being available to assist customers by answering questions on the sales floor Helps provide a welcoming clean environment which reflects the Four Seasons brand by vacuuming, dusting and cleaning furniture, shelves, merchandise and other items on the sales floor Work to build relationships in our service area communities to promote all Home Store locations to increase donations and sales Work to achieve performance goals, pursue progress toward individual development plan (IDP) and demonstrate Four Seasons values and competencies Represent the values of Four Seasons in the community as an ambassador when picking up donated items and delivering sold items by: Respecting the customer/donor and providing excellent, courteous, and gracious customer service Act in a positive and professional manner when providing service to the community as an employee of Four Seasons utilizing the Four Seasons values Handle donated and delivered items with respect, care, and safety Pack or wrap donations to protect them from damage during transportation, storage and/or shipping Adhere to company moving policies and procedures to pack, unpack, load and unload all goods Provide tax receipts for donated items Respect donor's property and wishes Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Four Seasons commitment to co-workers Assist with parking lot and Foundation events as well as Home Store projects as needed Respect the property of Four Seasons by: Driving with care, courtesy, and respect for other drivers, pedestrians, and animals on the road Obeying all traffic laws and regulations Operating trucks in a way that is safe for cargo, other vehicles, and pedestrians Reporting any mechanical concerns to the Retail Director and Logistics Manager Certify by signature the completion of the daily driver's vehicle inspection report Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record which consists of: No more than three (3) moving violations or more than one chargeable accident during the previous thirty-six (36) months No major convictions such as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, etc. within the past seven (7) years No drivers' license suspensions or revocations within the past seven (7) years Responsible for notifying manager of any traffic violations, tickets and/or warnings tickets Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of proper body mechanics Proficient in
MS Office:

High School Diploma/GED Experience:
Some driving and loading of delivery and/or large vehicles (Due to liability insurance requirements, must be 21 years old to operate a delivery and/or large vehicle)Licensures & Certifications:
Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance Summary of Physical Requirements Hand dexterity to include gripping, carrying, pushing & pulling Fine finger movements to include writing & typing, frequently Flexion/Extension of arms & wrists Additional gross motor movements including bending, reaching, twisting, turning, crouching, squatting, & kneeling Near & far visual acuity Ability to hear, understand, & distinguish speech and other sounds Prolonged standing & walking Prolonged sitting, in excess of four hours per day Ability to drive and/or transport self to and from work locations Ascending or descending stairs & ramps Ability to lift, carry, push & pull up to 100 pounds with the help of another person or equipment, occasionally Operating motor vehicles. Operating machinery and/or power tools. Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
