Job Description

Our specialty at Vendex, is revolutionizing how people use technology services that are readily available to them. To help customers achieve their goal of receiving dependable next generation wireless and mobile connectivity, we are seeking a Bilingual Sales Associate to expand AT&T's wireless services, a top supplier of wide range communication. This Bilingual Sales Associate position offers the opportunity to work with dynamic and diverse customers where technology and customer service meet. As a Bilingual Sales Associate you will work with customers to educate them on the wireless devices that can best suit them with their communication, range, storage and connections. The Bilingual Sales Associate will solve problems, and help customers find solutions to enhance their daily lives.
Bilingual Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Professionally connect with customers to explain AT&T's wireless services and highlight the new features and benefits Greet customers, present services and answering questions to help them understand their wireless options Provide taylor recommendations on products and services that are specific to the needs of customers and process sales orders Educate customers on latest promotions, bundles, and wireless packages for potential updates Maintain accurate records of customer, interactions for feedback Collaborate with team members to improve daily performance and service quality
Bilingual Sales Associate Qualifications:
Enjoys helping others and is comfortable in a customer service and sales role The ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport Reliable, punctual, and self motivated Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality Comfortable with technology tools and basic data entry for sales orders
Bilingual Sales Associate Overview:
This position is a full time employment position located in Greenville, NC. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.
Pay:
100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.

We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
