Manage pawn transactions, including issuing loans, recording agreements, and handling repayments. Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed product demos and upselling where appropriate. Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to enhance store presentation. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales, cash handling, and transaction processing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, fostering positive relationships. Stock merchandise regularly, ensuring the sales floor remains inviting and well-organized. Supervise or assist with inventory management, including stocking and inventory counts. Uphold store policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to pawn operations. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions. Proven supervising or leadership experience in retail or similar environments. Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and transaction totals. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette. Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and financial transactions. Knowledge of retail sales processes combined with a friendly, energetic approach to engaging customers.
