Wish you could work with them every day? Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Holly Springs is looking for an outgoing, computer savvy dog lover to join our retail team! The ideal candidate must be personable and professional with great customer service skills. Knowledge of dog breeds and food is a plus. Shifts are between the hours of 10am-7pm with a set schedule week to week. Weekend hours required. Off all major holidays. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Provide a positive customer experience while maximizing sales Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments Check out customers, complete monetary transactions, and balance cash drawer Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients Report and maintain appropriate inventory levels Protect the Woof Gang Bakery brand message and philosophies by maintaining a professional and personal appearance Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned To perform the job successfully, an individual should possess: A strong commitment to customer service Goal oriented with strong organizational skills Effective interpersonal skills with all levels of management Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with management, customers and co-workers Able to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise If you are passionate about dogs, customer service, and enjoy working in a retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
