Job Description

Pack & Ship Store Associate About the Role We are looking for a reliable, high-energy, and experienced Pack & Ship Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store—helping customers navigate shipping options, expertly packaging fragile items, and managing retail operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide accurate information regarding shipping rates, delivery timelines, and retail products.
Packing & Shipping:
Expertly measure, weigh, and package items of all shapes and sizes following carrier safety standards (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS). Point of Sale (POS): Operate the register, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and manage retail inventory.
Store Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked storefront and packing area. Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications & Experience Experience Required:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a dedicated pack-and-ship store, retail logistics, or a fast-paced retail environment. Print Experience (Big Plus): Prior work experience in a print shop or copy center—including operating commercial printers, cutting, binding, and assisting with basic digital file setup—is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and comfort working with shipping software and basic computer applications.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift packages up to 50 lbs. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience. A vibrant, team-oriented work environment.
