We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail salesman to join our team. As a Retail Store Salesman you will play a key role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers while also maintaining a well-organized and tidy store environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences. Increase sales number Direct customers to the appropriate sections of the store. Answer customer inquiries regarding products and availability. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Stock and replenish shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise. Ensure all products are neatly arranged and priced correctly. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor and backroom areas. Clean and sanitize counters, shelves, and display cases regularly. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
