Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming atmosphere Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase Hotworx's infrared heat technology and workout benefits Assist customers with membership inquiries, explaining features and guiding them through sign-up processes Promote additional services and memberships through upselling techniques to maximize client engagement Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Maintain merchandising standards by organizing promotional materials and ensuring the cleanliness of the sales area Support inventory management by stocking supplies, tracking product availability, and assisting with stock replenishment Utilize strong phone etiquette to answer inquiries professionally and follow up with potential clients Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive, energetic environment Qualifications Previous retail sales experience or customer service background preferred, especially in fitness or grocery store settings Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities that can support team initiatives Ability to perform basic math calculations confidently for sales and inventory management Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively Experience in merchandising, stocking, product demos, upselling, and cashiering is highly desirable A proactive attitude with the motivation to promote health and wellness products in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels others' fitness ambitions!
